Description
This course provides a comprehensive review of the DWCF process and structure. The module also addresses DWCF budgeting principles, accounting policies, as well as, managers’ roles and responsibilities in DWCF operations.
Objectives
Upon completing this course, you should be able to:
  • Identify the history, regulations, and policies that govern the use of DWCF.
  • Explain DWCF budgeting and analysis principles.
  • Describe the structure of DWCF.
  • Understand the financial manager's role in the DWCF process.
  • Identify each manager’s roles and responsibilities for executing the DWCF as well as the relationship between them.
  • Recall the life cycle of the DWCF.
  • Target Attendees
    DWCF managers and other financial management personnel who seek to understand DWCF operations.
