Key topics include issues related to capital planning and investment control (CPIC), IT portfolio management, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, Defense Business Systems (DBS), Agile culture adoption, acquisition of cloud services and IT Service Management (ITSM). Supplemented with industry speakers who provide industry perspectives on information systems management and contracting, this course integrates a variety of essential advanced topics critical to successful enterprise-level information systems acquisition.
